The next step is to define the users for the project. This includes adding any and all user types of the application. There is a field for user role and description.
You would define each user type underneath user role and add any general user information or permission settings underneath the description field.
When adding users there is no limit to the number of users for a project. In the next step when building use cases, you will have the ability to select the users that you have added in this step that the use case applies to.
There is also an optional link when adding a new user that reads ‘set position’. This feature is for use if you would want to reorder your list of users. The list of users in the scope document will appear in the same order as listed in the users table. The set position asks if you would want to be placed before or after another user.
